I really enjoyed this session with Michael and his little brother because it shows how versatile a mini session can be. For this session, the boys' mom wanted pictures of just the kids. I always work with parents of babies and smaller children to ensure that positioning is safe, and make suggestions for backdrops and positioning that will work well from a photographic standpoint. I always come prepared, and in this case brought a fall-colored blanket in case anyone wanted to sit down on the ground. It came in handy when we wanted to let Mateo explore the leaves on the ground, since the boys' mom wanted photos of the boys individually.
